Pop-Up Application

Payment of the hire cost will secure the space for your Pop-Up. Once you have filled out this form you will be sent an invoice with Old Grocery’s bank details. The space is not secured until the hire fee has been paid in full.

Please Note – Old Grocery is available on odd days through the year for Pop-Up shop or Workshop day hire. We arrange such events between Art Exhibitions and if we have a cancellation. 
Fee Structure: One-Day Pop-Ups: £65 per day.Two or more day Pop-Ups: £55 per day.
Important Note: Pop-Ups can only be booked when there is a viable gap in the schedule of main art exhibitions. Availability is subject to confirmation by Old Grocery Art Space.
Please check the events calendar on our website, and with Jonathan, to check availability for the days you want to book (including an extra half-day if you need more than an hour to set up).

Please note – If you are able to set up your One Day Pop-Up between 9am and 10am you will only need to book a single day; however, if you think you need longer please factor this in and book the previous day as well.

If you require extra days (beyond a One Day Pop-Up) please indicate the number.

Please note – you may need to book a half-day beforehand to allow for set up. (cost £25 – 2pm-5pm)
